Flat Delivery Cost: We offer a flat delivery cost of $5 for all orders, regardless of size or weight. This fee helps cover the costs of packaging, handling, and shipping. Our goal is to make shipping costs predictable and affordable for all our clients.

 

Processing and Turnaround Time: Our processing time for orders is designed to be swift to ensure that your pet's medication arrives as soon as possible. From the day of purchase, please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. This time frame includes the necessary steps to verify orders, prepare medications, and package your items for shipping.

 

Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

 

Return to Sender: If a package is not deliverable and is returned to sender, it will be sent to our default return address: P.O. Box 318 Montgomery, TX 77356

In the event that an order is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping information and discuss the best way to resend your order. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
